La Boom
During peak periods, La Boom is filled with 3500 people, dancing in one of two large rooms. This is one of the most popular clubs during spring break, and is a hot spot for famous musicians (Dr. Dre, Eminem) and celebrities.
One of the rooms, which has two floors, plays Hip Hop all night. The other room is dedicated to techno and house.
La boom has theme nights every night of the week, including 'Male Hot Body' on Wednesdays and the famous 'Bikini Contest' on Fridays.

Boom in 2007, it was destroyed by the
Hurricane. And for allt hat want to start
rumours it was the best club in Canun,
went there twice a year for 4 years in a
row. It rocked. The staff were
awesome and the management was well,
don't know how to say it, but amazing.
Going to miss all the boys, especially
